What types of payment do you accept? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal

Will I be charged sales tax on my order? 
Memories Unlimited operates in the state of Colorado, which mandates we collect sales tax for all orders, regardless of their final destination. 

What is the fee for shipping and handling? 
Memories Unlimited charges a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders under $75.00. Shipping is free for all orders $75.00 and over.  

How long does it take for items to ship? 
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2-3 business days after it has been sent. We also offer local order pick-up/delivery options for customers in Northern Colorado.  

What if something is missing from my kit? 
We make every effort not to miss anything, and kit contents may vary.  Despite our best efforts, a missing item may happen on occasion. Please check your kit as soon as it arrives, and if you are missing something, email us at memories-unlimited@comcast.net.  We will make every effort to replace the missing item. 

What if my kit is damaged during shipping? 
We strive to carefully package all of our orders! However, due to conditions out of our control, damages can occur.  If they do occur, please report them immediately to memories-unlimited@comcast.net. We will make every effort to correct the problem.
